The Excellence Awards are created to instill and publicly recognize superior academic and personal values of ESIC students: effort, healthy competition, the ability to sacrifice, academic excellence, ethical commitment, responsibility.
Even thought I was not able to get that award those editions of the academic years 2013/2014 and 2014/2015, I could participate in them, which requires an academic record accredited by a minimun average grade of 8.5 and the endorsment of 3 different professors (different ones every year).
Not winning this last of the 3 excellence awards of ESIC has been the thorn of my time at school, but both, the support of my teachers and my colleagues for the contribution to endorse my application for these awards, have been a personal pride that I keep as a prize by itself.
